An accomplished individual with 15 years of experience focused on national and international economic developments for startups, MSMEs, SMEs, and Corporates. With in-depth knowledge of innovation researches, project implementation, and business strategy development, I was able to work as a B2B, G2B consultant, lead business designer, and innovation mentor. My on- desk duty through all these years made me cover a wide range of skills in marketing, business strategies, risk management, market research, ecosystem, communication, and PR fields in local, national, and international projects and acceleration of Startups, SMEs, Angel Investment reediness. Being versatile and enthusiastic during my career I assisted both local and international organisations in different projects cooperations such as the EU, Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Advice for Small Businesses at EBRD, ProSeed -GIZ, Swiss EP, EU for Innovation, AIDA, European Enterprise Network (EEN), CIF, etc. As a founder of INNVEST, our mindset also goes toward empowering women in entrepreneurial, leadership, and innovative levels. We look forward to further improve the team’s leadership skills while taking a co-lead role in strategic projects. My experience has taught me that success highly relies on making different teams work efficiently together towards actionable plans.
